With over 20 years in service, SeymourFair Insurance Brokers Inc. was formed in January 2008. Prior to that it was NorthwoodFair and Associates. David Fair has 36 years in the insurance industry and Rick Seymour has 20 years. We are a small office consisting of seven employees and pride ourselves on delivering great personal service to all our clients.

David is Seymour Fair's Principal broker. David was licenced in 1981.Born and raised in St. Catharines David has worked for a number of brokers since 1981. He started Northwood Fair & Associates in March 2000 with Scott Northwood. In July 2007 he lost his business partner and good friend to a tragic car accident. In 2008 the name was changed to Seymour Fair Insurance. Our original location was 264 welland ave before moving to our current location at 200 Welland ave. It happens to be David's 4th insurance office on Welland Ave dating back over 30 years.
He was a former member of the Niagara District Basketball Referee's Association for 25 years, Past president of the Niagara Regional Slo -Pitch League for 20 years and Currently the convenor of the Pistols Oldtimers Hockey League. Currently sitting on the board at the St Catharines Golf & Country Club. Current Chair of the Gentleman's invitational Annual Tournament. David can take care of all your insurance needs -home & auto-commercial insurance - and we do have a licenced life agent in the office.

Kari was born and raised in the Niagara Region. She has been in the insurance industry since 2003. Kari started with Seymour Fair (Northwood Fair) as a Personal Lines CSR in June 2004. Since 2006, she has been the Office Administrator for the Brokerage. In her spare time, she loves to travel, wine touring and spending time with her family.

Rick was born and raised in St.Catharines and began his Insurance career with Gosen Anderson and Rigby in October 1989 which merged with Rose Horne and Stevenson and then became HUB International. Rick was Life licensed in 1990. In January 2008, Rick left HUB and formed Seymour Fair Insurance with David Fair. He has a daughter and a son who both live and work in Niagara. Rick has coached kids hockey and soccer over the years.

Stuart has been in the Insurance Industry for 37 years. Working for Insurance Companies in Personal/Commercial Underwriting, Marketing and as a Insurance Broker. A graduate of Mohawk College Business Insurance Administration Program in 1983. Stuart obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional (C.I.P.) in 1986 and his Fellow Chartered insurance Professional (F.C.I.P.) in 1995 both from the Insurance Institute of Canada.Stuart is a past President of the Rotary Club of Stoney Creek and enjoys volunteering. He enjoys Hockey, walking his English Springer Spaniel Dog and Family. He is registered to write Auto, Home, Condo, Business, Boat, Cottage, Fleet, Commercial, Industrial, Professional Liability and Farm Insurance.

Liz is our Commercial Lines Manager. She oversees all of our producers with the marketing and quoting of new business, reviewing renewals and re-markets, endorsements and the servicing of existing clients. Liz has been in the insurance industry for almost 30 years, starting out as receptionist to customer service and achieving her goal working in the commercial sector for the past 20 years, bringing with her many years of experience form various brokerages in the Niagara Region. In her spare time, Liz loves to travel and spend time with her grandchildren as well as many improvement projects around her century home.

With 24 years' experience in the business, Kerry first became RIBO licenced in 1986 at Nacora Insurance Brokers Inc in Toronto, Ontario. Hired as a summertime file girl, Nacora Insurance liked Kerry's work ethic and offered her the opportunity to get my licence. Kerry took the 2-week course in Toronto and began my lifetime career. This was back in the day when we had typewriters and had to manually type out every liability slip. After 3 years of commuting to Toronto from St. Catharines Kerry decided to find a job in the Niagara Region. Kerry has been married for 29 years and has 3 amazing children and with no doubt that is the hardest job that she has ever taken on and kept, no manual, no training and no pay but created my legacy and proud of it.
With falling back on what we know best, Kerry wrote the RIBO once again in 2007 and continued her lifelong journey in the insurance industry in personal lines as a customer service representative. Kerry loves helping people with their needs and letting them know they are in good safe hands.

Since joining the insurance industry in 2011, she has developed great relationships with a vast majority of the personal lines markets and believes that not all insurance policies are created the same. She strives to create a Home and Automobile Insurance policy that truly meets her clients needs. With her friendly and approachable nature, Kim is well-equipped to service all your Personal Insurance needs. While not at work, Kim enjoys watching her 3 boys participating in sports, most time at an arena or park. In Kim's spare time she has participated in the Staff Walk for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Ontario, Collected for project Share, participated in the BIG bike for Cancer and the Relay for life.
